Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original Karhu shoebox or apparel packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
